Peaceful and tranquil atmosphere, clean room, convenient location close to main attractions, friendly and helpful staff, buffet and music event for New Year's Eve.
Nothing all excellent.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. The prices are affordable and you get great value for what you pay. Additionally, the hotel pays attention to detail, providing basic amenities like a bathtub in some ground floor rooms. Furthermore, the location of the hotel is ideal, just a short walk away from the bustling Main Street with its shops, restaurants, and the beach.
The hotel could improve its noise insulation.

This hotel is centrally located, being in the midst of all the hustle and bustle of the city. You can easily walk to the mall or catch waves at the beach. Despite this, I appreciated the peacefulness and tranquility of the hotel, making it a perfect getaway from the busy streets. The spacious rooms, comfortable beds and showers with a large shower head were delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.

I chose Jepun Bali Hotel solely for its proximity to Waterbom Bali, a place I've always wanted to visit. However, I was pleasantly surprised by the complimentary wireless internet access and tour/ticket assistance offered by the hotel. The on-site restaurant was also a delightful feature.
Slightly challenging stairs for suitcases.

I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel in Bali. First of all, the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the attention to detail and the traditional Balinese culture that permeated the entire property. The location, just off the main street, was perfect for exploring the bustling city of Kuta while still enjoying a peaceful and quiet atmosphere. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service, ensuring that the rooms were always clean and well-maintained. I particularly loved the fact that some of the rooms had a bathtub on the ground floor, adding an extra touch of luxury to the stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the hotel was delicious and satisfying. I couldn't have asked for a better start to the day.
Nothing could have been improved, everything was just perfect!

I always return to this hotel in Kuta for my city trip. From the start, staff supported me with currency advice. With Wi-Fi, parking, 24-hour reception, relaxing massages, and more. No regrets here!

The hotel provided us with a great breakfast with the option of ordering hot items at no extra charge. The location was perfect for our needs, close to the business district and easily accessible with a taxi. One of the best aspects was the free shuttle service that the hotel offers to and from the airport.
The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. the walls were thin, and we could hear noises from other rooms.

The poolside area at Jepun Bali was absolutely lovely. We spent many relaxing hours there and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings. The pool was clean and refreshing, and the garden was well-maintained. It was the perfect spot to unwind and soak up the Bali sun. I'll recommend this hotel for its amazing poolside area.

Had a great time staying at a traditional Balinese hotel. Staff was very helpful and accommodating. Location was perfect - close to the beach, restaurants, and transport services. The hotel had charming gardens and a lovely pool. The king-sized bed and big fridge in the room were definite pluses. Cheap airport pickups and other travel services were also a plus.
The alleyway leading to the hotel was a bit dark at night. The inside of the rooms wasn't as nice as the rest of the hotel.
